Vinyl chips broadcast wall-to-wall into wet epoxy, then sealed under a clear coat. Builds the floor up more than a plain coating and hides small slab imperfections with no pricey underlayment. Grips underfoot, shrugs off hot tires and road salt.

Metallic pigment hand-poured and moved through clear epoxy while it cures. The swirl locks in as it hardens. No two ever come out the same, including yours.

Colored quartz sand broadcast into epoxy, built for floors that live wet: locker rooms, kennels, commercial kitchens, showers. Slip resistance you can feel, sealed so water has nowhere to go.
The Signature collection: the nine blends our supplier suggests first. More colors exist; ask and we’ll bring them. Double-broadcast is the top of the traction range.

Cementitious urethane, troweled thick over the slab. It takes boiling washdowns, steam, grease, and the cleaning chemicals that strip ordinary coatings. Breweries, food plants, and commercial kitchens run it because those floors get cleaned harder than anything else we coat.
Phillip sets thickness and color from how the room gets used and cleaned. He walks the space before he quotes it.

The floor is only as good
as the prep under it.
Industrial coatings research ties up to 80% of coating failures to bad surface prep. So that’s where our hours go, every job, every time.

The whole slab, and vacuum. Creates a strong mechanical bond. Never acid etch.
Cracks routed and filled, joints treated with flexible filler made for movement.
Basements and damp-prone slabs get checked before we coat. Damp slab? Moisture-tolerant primer first.
100% solids epoxy base, flake thrown wall to wall, not confetti. Hand-troweled cove base if required.
UV-stable topcoat locks it down. Walk next day, park after cure. We put the waits in writing.
We also check slab temperature against the dew point before mixing. A humid day can put invisible condensation under a coating. If the day is wrong, we reschedule. That’s not a delay; that’s why our floors stay down.
Our neighbors said it best.

Six decades on the ground,
so your floor stands up.
Liberty Epoxy is a third-generation Philadelphia flooring family: the Maisano family, on the floor together. The trade started with Navy ship decks in 1964, moved through commercial kitchens, fitness centers, auto dealerships and manufacturing plants, and now brings the same spec-grade materials to your garage and basement.
We install zero-VOC, 100% solids epoxy. It goes down thicker, bonds harder, and outlasts anything in a paint-store kit. Every job starts with diamond grinding prep, because a floor is only as good as what it grips.
